  I went in because I received an email about 65% off everything with additional 20% rebate and had been looking for a new couch. Once inside, I verified with the salesman the sale which brought me in. He confirmed the store was already marked and showed me a few tags to reflect. He did clarify how only certain items qualified for the rebate and showed me how to identity the appropriate tags. After looking around I found a set I liked. However i notices it only reflected 30% off. When I inquired why he said it was actual 65%. I can easily look at a $1000 couch with a price of 600+ and confidently confirm it’s not marked properly. He check the site and said the amount was correct after agreeing it was actually more like 30%. After starring at each other I asked for clarity perhaps it’s marked wrong... as I needed to know why the site say 65% off everything and he also confirmed this same sale. His response was a hunch of his shoulders and “ perhaps bad advertisement”. I thanked him for his time and Walked out. This furniture is too poorly made to pay anywhere near their normal prices in my opinion. I will never buy anything from here. I should have listened to my mother who returned cheaply made side tables a few years back.

  Happened to walk in during a sale. Great sales team. Met at the door and greeted by the manager. We wanted to do our own looking around and they gave us just the right amount of space. We were looking for dining room furniture and living room furniture. Didn't find what we needed especially darker wood dining tables. The sale that day was really good and surprised that we were there at the same time as a one day sale.
