  Very disappointed - called for a quote and when I called back 2 days later to schedule the price had increased $20. When I mentioned I had just called and the price was lower they said they moved to their new pricing. I advised I had called around to other companies which offered much cheaper rates, but didn't offer Saturdays. They didn't seem to care, although when I originally called they said they beat competitor's pricing. I'd rather save the money, than pay over $60 more for a basic sweep.

  They gave one estimate on the phone but once they arrived the price went up to $500 with a $100 discount. They claimed the fireplace was unusable unless my mom paid the $500 to clean it. I went on the roof and looked down the chimney; It looked clean all the way down to the bottom. When inspecting it form the bottom up, it had creosote that could have been easily cleaned for the price given on the phone. After my mom refused their service, they wanted to charge her $75 for inspection. All the guy did is shine a light on inside of the fireplace. He never climbed on the roof.
